Refresh the Library and confirm the files are DRM-free and stored inside the folder you selected. If needed, use Ember's reconnect or import tools rather than creating duplicate copies.
Pause playback and note the book, file and approximate position. Do not uninstall or clear app data before contacting support, because that can remove useful local state.
Describe the folder structure and whether the items are separate books or disc folders. Do not attach the audiobook files themselves.
Use Restore Purchases while signed in to the Google Play account used for the purchase. Google Play handles payment details and eligible refunds.
Free users may see banner ads. Where available, reopen Google's consent choices from Ember Settings → Privacy options. Premium removes Ember's ads.
