Ember support

How can we help?

Ember Audiobook Player is published by Nestor Studios. If something is not working as expected, email us with the details below.

Email Ember support

What to include

  • Your device model and Android version
  • Your Ember version from Settings → About
  • What you expected and what happened
  • Steps that reproduce the problem
  • Any exact error message, without private credentials

Do not email passwords, payment-card information, Google account credentials, purchase tokens or audiobook files.

Troubleshooting

Folder access

If Ember says a book is inaccessible, confirm the folder still exists and grant access again through Android when prompted. Avoid clearing app data before contacting support.

Audiobook not found

Refresh the Library and confirm the files are DRM-free and stored inside the folder you selected. If needed, use Ember's reconnect or import tools rather than creating duplicate copies.

Progress issue

Pause playback and note the book, file and approximate position. Do not uninstall or clear app data before contacting support, because that can remove useful local state.

Collection or import issue

Describe the folder structure and whether the items are separate books or disc folders. Do not attach the audiobook files themselves.

Premium purchase or restore

Use Restore Purchases while signed in to the Google Play account used for the purchase. Google Play handles payment details and eligible refunds.

Ads and Privacy options

Free users may see banner ads. Where available, reopen Google's consent choices from Ember Settings → Privacy options. Premium removes Ember's ads.
