These terms apply to your use of Weight Tracker, a personal-use Android utility from Nestor Studios. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
Personal tracking and health information
The app records information you enter and provides calculations and visual summaries. It is an informational weight-tracking utility, not a medical service or medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. BMI, trends, forecasts, goal estimates, and insights are informational only. The app does not guarantee weight loss, weight gain, maintenance, or any other outcome. Seek qualified professional advice when making health decisions.
Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for safeguarding your device. App records are stored locally. If you export a backup, you are responsible for choosing a suitable location, protecting the unencrypted JSON file, and retaining or deleting copies. Import and reset actions can replace or delete local data after confirmation.
Availability and updates
Nestor Studios may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue the app or particular features. Updates may be needed for compatibility, reliability, security, or legal reasons. This release does not offer purchases, subscriptions, or paid access.
Reasonable use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Warranty and responsibility
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nestor Studios does not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nestor Studios is not responsible for decisions made solely from informational app output or for loss of exported files outside the app's control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence.
